Kelsey is a queer, drama school trained actress. 


She graduated with a Masters in Acting from Guildford School of Acting after earning a Dual Honours Bachelors Degree in English and Drama at the University of Exeter. 


She made her television debut in Netflix's The Sandman.

CALM

Kelsey features in the most recent campaign video for the suicide prevention charity, CALM. An article from Campaign Live writes: 


'The Campaign Against Living Miserably has launched a powerful film in which a cast of people facing mental health issues overcome the darkest of outcomes through kinship, compassion and sharing their feelings with others.

Created and filmed by start-up production company Witness Studios, the spot goes live today ahead of next month’s World Mental Health Day (10 October). 

The three-minute spot, “Stopping suicide”, tells of four people contending with their own or loved ones’ suicidal thoughts, and is based on true stories.'

IRIS PRIZE for Stone

'Stone' was shortlisted for the Best of British at the Iris Prize and was aired on Film4 and streamable on All4 for a year in 2024. In the film Kelsey plays the lead role of Tess and features along side Nicola Stephenson. 

Mr Mimoto Wins

Kelsey has twice won  Best Actress  for ‘Mr Mimoto’ (GLIFF, 4Theatre Film Festival). The short film is continuing it's festival run and Kelsey has received further Best Actress nominations as well as the film receiving other accolades! 

MANIFF WIN

Kelsey recently won Best Actress in a Short film at the Manchester Film Festival for her performance in LittleFantasies, written and directed by Alissa Autschbach.



Kelsey also recently wrapped on playing a lead in a feature film shot on location in Spain.

Feature Films Wrapped

At the beginning of 2023 Kelsey starred as a supporting lead role in the new film 'High Wire' along side Isabella Wei, Jose Palma, Dominic Lam, Nino Fernandez, and Elizabeth Tan. Written and directed by Califf Chong and co-written by Jackie Lam, news on the film featured in a recently published article by VARIETY.

Kelsey studied a BA Dual Honors Degree in English and Drama at the University of Exeter from 2013-2016, receiving a high 2:1.

Best Actress winner at Independent Horror Movie Awards 2024 for 'Scarlet' which Kelsey also co-wrote.


Best Actress winner at MANIFF 2023 for ‘Little Fantasies’.


Two time Best Actress winner for ‘Mr Mimoto’. (GLIFF, 4Theatre Film Festival).


Constellations was the winner of the Mercury Challenge Cup at Hertford Theatre Festival, and the Audience Choice Award.


Kelsey was also nominated for Best Actor in the Judge's Choice award for her performance as Eli in 'Let The Right One In' at the Hertford Theatre Festival.
